The flavors were amazing, the patties were fresh, and the pastry crust on them was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helped me decide between a few options. Prices were pretty reasonable too! Skip the fast food place and come here instead

Best Jamaican food I've had in LA! I'm from nyc and these patties are so perfect and crispy. The plantain was amazing too. Ordered for a work lunch and my co-workers, who had never had patties before, LOVED it. ☺️

This shop serves Jamacian patties and other popular foods from Jamacia. My dining partner has been to Jamacia before. I got the two patty combo with a side and a drink. For our early lunch, many of the sides weren't available so we got the plantains. The plantains had a nice flavor and is a fun side you don't get at every place. The pastry on the patties was really amazing! However, the filling was underwhelming and not at all spicy. I expected a stronger jerk flavor in the chicken jerk filling. I also got the sweet tea which I usually don't love but I really loved this one. The atmosphere is okay, typical stripmall restaurant style. I would like to go back and try another flavor.

It’s a dream come true to have a place like this in Burbank!! It’s been so hard to come by (GOOD) Jamaican food in the valley and throughout LA in general. Patties are my favorite, so to have a place specializing in them felt like it was built just for me. Upon walking in, the staff were incredibly warm and attentive which confirmed I was in for something special. I ordered the jerk chicken, curry chicken, and veggie patties to get a lay of the land. I was given a hot sauce and a creamy aioli on the side and both were delicious additions. The patties were flaky, flavorful, and amazing, especially the curry chicken which was filled to perfection. I’m excited to try some sides and stuffed NY style patties next time. I’ve longed for the New York appreciation of the patty to make its way to LA, and I’m so happy The Patty Stop has landed here in Burbank. I hope they don’t get tired of seeing me because I’ll be back often.

The Patty Stop just opened in Burbank and I had to check it out; and I’m glad I did. I ordered the jerk bowl with brown rice, cabbage, black beans, avocado, and Impossible meat, and the flavor really surprised me in the best way. It’s smoky, slightly sweet, with a nice level of spice that all comes together really well. You can tell there’s intention behind the seasoning. I also tried the Rocaway Rush smoothie and that was a standout. It’s made with apple juice, coconut milk, and a mix of berries, and it tasted fresh, balanced, and honestly something I’d come back for on its own. What I really appreciate is that they already have vegan options available, especially being a new spot. That’s not something you see everywhere, and it makes a difference. They mentioned patties are coming soon, so I’ll definitely be back to try those when they drop. Overall, great first impression and a solid addition to the Burbank food scene.
